First Look: EAA / Girsan MC 14T X Pistol
European American Armory Corp. has unveiled an updated version of the popular Girsan MC 14T, the Girsan MC14T X. This new pistol offers some premium features, while still being very affordable and leads the way for EAA’s new offerings for 2025.
Like its predecessor, the tip-up barrel on the Girsan MC 14T X allows users to load and unload the first round into the chamber without racking the slide, and the double action/single action operating system, along with an ambidextrous safety, give you the peace of mind that comes with a proven and reliable internal setup.
This new model raises the bar with a spiral-fluted, threaded barrel design and improved trigger performance. Chambered in .380 ACP, the pistol also has a sleek two-tone black and tungsten Cerakote finish, low-profile sights, an accessory rail, G10-style grips and a 13-round magazine.
Compact and lightweight at just 7 inches overall length and only 22 ounces in weight, the size of the MC 14T X makes it well-suited for concealed carry. The tip-up barrel allows you to easily get the pistol into action, without having to manipulate a slide. This, along with the lower recoil of .380 ACP compared to 9mm, makes the MC 14T X an excellent choice for people with reduced upper body strength.
