Phoenix, AZ – From April 10–12, the Ben Avery Shooting Facility roared to life (quietly, of course) for CANCON Arizona 2025, the world’s largest fully suppressed range day. This year’s event was the biggest and most immersive yet, combining top-tier shooting opportunities, expert training, and direct-to-consumer gear access for a weekend that lived up to the hype and then some.
80+ Demo Lanes, 70+ Vendors, and Endless Trigger Time
With over 80 active demo lanes and 70+ vendors, attendees got a hands-on showcase of hundreds of suppressed firearms that span the full spectrum—from small silent .22 pistols to big belt-fed monsters and everything between. Whether the goal was to test tactical carbines, experience the quietest suppressors in the industry, or just enjoy a day at the range, CANCON delivered.
After testing out gear on the firing line, many attendees headed straight to Vendor Village, to score event-exclusive deals on their favorite suppressors, knives, optics, and even firearms. Try it. Love it. Buy it. That’s the CANCON difference.
New Additions for 2025: OFFGRID Basecamp & Women-Focused Shooting Lane
New for 2025, OFFGRID Basecamp was a standout attraction, offering hands-on instructions from some of the best names in the industry. Attendees’ dove into practical, scenario-driven training covering both tactical and survival-based skills:
- Greenside Tactical (Freddy Osuna) – Weaponize the Senses: A sensory awareness and combat mindset course that helped shooters see and hear more in high-stress environments.
- American Reconstruction Concepts (ARC) – Tactical Carbine: Practical instruction on movement, transitions, and engagement with your rifle under pressure.
- Gorilla Medical – F*** I Got Shot, Now What: A gritty trauma response course covering tourniquet application, wound packing, and bleeding control.
- Avon Protection – Tactical Gas Masks 101: Gear-focused instruction on gas mask selection, use, and integration into your loadout.
The classes weren’t just informative they were immediately actionable, and many attendees walked away saying Basecamp was a highlight of their CANCON experience.
Also new for 2025, Ronin Arms introduced a groundbreaking feature: the Ronin Women Demo Lane, a woman-only shooting experience staffed entirely by female instructors. Designed as a no-pressure, welcoming environment, the lane offered women of all experience levels the chance to shoot suppressed firearms in a supportive, informative setting. The result? A massive hit. The Ronin Women lane was one of the most visited and talked-about experiences of the weekend, proving that when you create space for everyone, the entire community grows stronger.

The event wasn’t just about experiencing gear, it was about getting it and taking it home too–companies like East Valley Tactical, Silencer Central, and Tactical Studio were there to help with the paperwork and make it happen.
A Platform for the Firearms Community
CANCON isn’t just about silencers or shooting. It’s about community, access, and advocacy. The event attracted industry leaders, content creators, and even politicians. U.S. Congressman Abe Hamadeh stopped by to show his support for the Second Amendment and the firearms community at large.
